Far and away,the vast majority of the patients that we see everyday were sent to us by the existing patients in our practice.  We have discovered that the new patients that we see are quite similar to the people that refer them to us and that they have an expectation of having a positive experience in our office.  This has proven, consequently, to be the most enjoyable way of introducing new patients to our practice.  As a token of appreciation and as an incentive to continue this process, we have developed the following program.  

For every new patient that is referred to us, we are offering $25 gift cards to both the new patient and to the person that referred them to us.  The person making the referral should write their name on the front of the "Appreciation Invitation" and then give it to the prospective new patient.   When the new patient comes to the office for their first visit, they should give the "Appreciation Invitation" to us and we will ensure that a gift card is given to the new patient and that one is supplied to the referring patient.  Certain restrictions apply as outlined below.   

  • This program is limited to US residents that are 18 years of age or older.
  • This is for a limited time only and can be terminated by us at any time.
  • The gift cards will be from various vendors that may change from time to time.
  • The person referred to us must be visting us for the first time.
  • This person must complete a new patient appointment in our office.
  • The person making the referral must be a patient of record.
  • The gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
